Kazakhstan, Jordan agreed to develop military-technical cooperation

The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, during his official visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan discussed with the King of Jordan, Abdullah ІІ, the questions of cooperation in military technology modernization, Kazakhstan Today agency reports citing official mass media.

According to the official press, during the meeting, N. Nazarbayev and King Abdullah II spoke for military-technical cooperation, having suggested carrying out joint modernization of the military technology, using possibilities of the military industrial complex of Jordan.

The official press informs, the Committee of National Security of Kazakhstan and the Investigation Service of Jordan reached the arrangement on security cooperation. In 2008, the official representative of KNB of Kazakhstan was directed to Jordan to coordinate joint operations in the field of struggle against terrorism, extremism and organized crime.

During the visit of the President of Kazakhstan to Jordan, the heads of states visited the factory on modernization of automobile transport."
